Shipping policy

Whimsy Card Shop works to ensure that orders are shipped promptly and that our items are shipped securely to ensure their condition on delivery.

 

Shipping

Currently we ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and only ship domestically to the United States at this time. Handling time for all orders is estimated to be 1-3 days, and shipping times of 3-8 days should be expected. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Holidays.

Back-Orders

For back-ordered items, shipping & handling time of 7-10 days should be expected. Some backordered items may exceed this delivery expectation in special circumstances. If there is a longer delay in backordered items, we will contact you through email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the package is handed to USPS anything that happens from there to delivery is the responsibility of USPS and the buyer. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
