From the early days of sneaking my Gameboy into elementary school to indulge in Pokemon Blue during recess, my passion for Pokemon has been a constant companion throughout my life. The love for the Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) blossomed during those formative years as well. Trading and battling with other players at local events added an extra layer of excitement to my Pokemon journey.
However, as high school unfolded and life's demands increased, the Pokemon TCG took a back seat. While I continued to play the video games, the joy of collecting and playing the TCG slowly faded into the background. Little did I know that, two decades later, fate would bring me back to the world of Pokemon in a most unexpected and delightful way.
Fast forward to the present day, and here I am with my own daughter, who has embarked on her very own Pokemon journey. Together, we rediscovered the joy of Pokemon cards, igniting the same passion I felt in my youth.
